Location (Online and Face to Face)
I am based in central Exeter with a number of comfortable, purposed therapy rooms. If you would like to meet face to face, please book an initial chat or let me know via the contact form and I'll be able to provide more information.
I am also happy to carry out sessions online via Zoom.
Session Fees
There are three session rates:
Initial 15 minute chat is free of charge. Click on the orange button (bottom right) to schedule one now.
First session rate is £35. This is an opportunity for you to describe what it is that you would like to change in your life. You may have questions about therapy and how it works; importantly it allows you to decide if I am the right therapist for you.
The ongoing session rate is then £55. I do have some concessionary and student rates available depending on circumstance.
(A session is 50 minutes)
I understand that starting therapy is tough, even finding the right therapist is hard. Personally I think this process needs to be as affordable as possible. There is no obligation or expectation that you will continue seeing me after our first session if you feel it's not a good fit.
